The key responsibilities of the Finance Analyst are to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of excel and financial modeling, enjoys problem solving and can articulate complex issues and concepts to business leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop financial models to assist in budget planning and weekly forecasts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and variance analysis.
- Provide adhoc project support for senior management.
- Coordinate with corporate finance and assist in month end close process.
- Help to identify and minimize potential risk.
- Organize data into actionable insight and develop new reporting.
- Work with various department leaders to establish goals and align priorities across multiple operating divisions.
Display and encourage teamwork and willingness to be a problem solver, provide excellent service to business partners.
Education and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields. (Preferred)
- Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to accuracy and detail required.
- Ability to work well in a remote environment.
- Microsoft-SQL skills a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
